These rules are subject to change by strengthening over time. The board members of the Dolibarr foundation may decide to grant the label even if the last criteria is not completely filled, checking that the partner has otherwise proved his involvement and contribution in the project. This case, however, requires an unanimous vote (no votes against) from the board members into a delay of 1 month after request by a member of the Dolibarr foundation.
