French Certification of Dolibarr system for France by LNE

First version of documents (version 1.1) has been transferred to LNE the 4th of November

  • Feedback was received 7 days after
  • 10 points to fix in documentation
  • 5 already fixed. 5 in progress


Estimated date to resubmit the version 1.2 of documents: mid-January.

Brand protection actions

Brand monitoring

Brand protection is active and board is informed this month there is no new alert.

Action on infringing sites/companies

Current process with websites that use illegally Dolibarr trademark (in domain name or company name) is on process.

The generic email to sent to each contact that does not follow the rules on using the Dolibarr trademark has been validated by the lawyer.

This is the list of other known case:

    • Email sent the 10th of September 2026 -> Remind sent the 9th of december 2025
    • Call planned 20 January if no answer since
  • https://dolibarr-erp.com (WeGlog)
    • Email sent the 14th of November => Answer received the 18th November. Site seems to have been removed, another website is on the road... => OK
  • https://dolibarr.biz
    • Email sent the 14th of November -> Domain name has been transferred to the Dolibarr foundation, redirection remain for 6 month => OK

Other legal actions are also on the road (Managed directly by the Association Laywer) with other companies (websites or companies in the scope of legal actions are not public. Some solutions are on good road.

Preferred Partner

No request this month

TODO We must have an administrative task to check contribution of last preferred.


Donation online

The feature to allow donation with an invoice automatically generated is ready in v23. Waiting v23 to have it online. Donation will not be subject to tax exemption.

Will be activated on Dunning Module, when the v23 will be available. Cerfa PDF, have to be produced without tax exemption for the donator.


TODO Laurent : Check that online payment of donation module suits the needs.


DoliStore

The foundation can also reduce the current discount of 20% to lower amount for members.

  • 1st January 2027, the discount of DoliStore modules for foundation members will 10 %


TODO Laurent: Will update the wiki page to update the new rate of 10% from this date.

New amount for contribution to Preferred Partner

  • Communication will be done to define new price for member's subscription for Preferred Partner because needs of the foundation have been increased (communication, brand protection, event, subscription price was not reviewed since 2015)
    • This price will be effective for renewal of membership of Preferred Partner. Board need to discuss more about rules to apply. The price will be the one defined during the previous meeting.
    • Philippe has prepared a communication, Maxime will send an emailing to preferred partner

  • Date: Thursday 11 June 2026 to Sunday 14 June 2026 => The proposal for hostel is accepted if we remove lunch for the Sunday (midi) - 100 euros per user / day without the lunch on Friday
  • Price for subscription will be increased to: 180 HT per participant
  • Maxime will call Gilles to explain


Winter DevCamp 2026

  • Location: Lyon - Open-DSI
  • OpenDSI gathering the quotation

Summary:

  • A virus "coinminer" was introduced in the shared demo.dolibarr.org

=> Removed and code protected.


  • The page for GDPR for dolibarr.org was created and adapted from the one of dolistore.com.

=> We still have the Google Tag analytics on dolibarr.org => Removed, the one for Matomo was already active.

=> The Tag Google analytics has been replaced with Matomo on dolistore.com => Dev was done on module Marketplace to allow Matomo tracking also for file download that does not generate page load.

=> We still have links to external images that should be removed. Alternative for editors are:

- For picto, we can already use font awesome tags, or use utf8 or utf16 graphical characters (for example for country/language flags)

- For screenshots of a module, editor can replace with an internal link

- For links to video, an exception is allowed on youtube. We can also accept links to extern peertube instances (on demand, just send your peertube domain name to contact@dolibarr.org).

=> For the moment removal of external images links is not yet activated but may be in a future (Note: This point is for link onto images only, in src= attributes)

  • Fix the DOS/AI attack (> 100 000 different IP of AI agents) in August
  • Move the setup for VAT calculation to use the EEC rule on service for a VAT on the supplier country (option SERVICE_ARE_ECOMMERCE_200238EC tested and debugged in v22). Test was done in aAugust Setup has been activated in production on dolistore.com the 1st of October
