Budget for 2025

Suggested budget for 2025 could be:

- Attorney,

- Communication,

- Bug bounty,

- Giff or dev participation,

Previsionnal budget will be prepared base on income and outcome on our Nextcloud.


  • Accountant sent final financial report. A.SPANGARO will try to send rectification for mark deposit deprecation to do.
  • Board are ready to discuss budget even if rectification wasn't validated

  • Dolicloud has work ongoing, the writing of the 7 documents expected.

Preview will be delivered end of July to start the application process. Need to change the Internal Rules of Dolibarr foundation to define person that will be "Quality Referent". The CA will vote to elect this person.


Next AG

Communication send the 17/06/2025 16:58, but there was a problem during the sending, some mails weren't sent. Action To Laurent will check to resend the vote.

  • Refusal to 1 request (applicant was not a member of the foundation)

Communication plan

The member of the Dolibarr foundation will initiate a document with idea for a communication plan. Waiting a second quotation from a communication company to build such a communication plan.

  • Suggest from partners to provide internal resource (not for free)
- to define communication plan
- realize action communication plan
- communication will be done to some partners that they already express interest to participate.
    • Next step around this initiative will be communicated end of September.

  • Winter DevCamp 2025 Österreich : Vienna Date : 25-28 September 2025
    • 1 st subscription is comming


  • Summer DevCamp 2026 : Noisy Le Grand (NET Logic) Date : TBD
    • To be organized.
