Document to provide to LNE before start certification process were collected by Laurent.

• Create first 7 documents with foundation funding (for 3000 €) to start the certification process (to get a quotation from LNE)
• But after that, the real process to get the certification and the needed developments will be around 25K€ for 3 years (initial estimated cost, and after estimated cost 10-15 K€ every 3 years).
  • This part of the funding for this have to be provided by collective funding
