Dolibarr ERP & CRM 是一款开源和免费的面向 小微企业，自由职业者等企业资源规划和客户关系管理的软件套装。 您也可以将 Dolibarr 理解为 ERP 或 CRM (或者依据您启用的模块而决定是ERP或CRM)。

它是一款以您激活启用的模块来构造的软件系统 (以您的需求来激活启用相应功能模块)， Dolibarr软件系统运行于 WAMP, MAMP 或者 LAMP 等服务器 (服务器得安装有Apache＋Mysql＋PHP 或者byiz注：Nginx+Mysql+PHP本人测试也是正常跑Dolibarr的，可用lnmp.org军哥的一键安装包构建服务器环境＋Dolibarr的PHP源文件搭)。 Dolibarr 的愿景很简单仅仅只是想尝试着开发出一款 ERP 和 CRM 合体的系统软件：
