Now, you can create a dedicated web site for your country called the "Dolibarr XXX portal" where XXX is your country. You can use tool of your choice for that. We recommend however Joomla as it is CMS used for other existing Dolibarr portals. This might be an important work. Also, if using Joomla, you will be able to reuse the same template than dolibarr.org portal. Joomla template for Joomla 1.5.* is available into GIT repository: {{FoundationGitUrl}} (into dir "joomla").
