Topics

French Certification of Dolibarr system for France by LNE

Control was done in july. Around 140 points are ok but there is still 1 non-conformity point reported (only for certification, software is ok for attestation). Still waiting feedback of LNE about our answer done in end of june on this point.

Note: Problem will not be solved quickly, so users are invited to obtain a "Conformity statement" that can be provided by their integrator or reseller instead of waiting for the public "Certification".

=> Remind sent the 25th of august. => The LNE has contacted us the 11th of september to say they will provide us an answer about our solution.


Action done by Laurent Destailleur (Dolibarr foundation requests)

  • A tool to build a zip, tag the version, update the changelog and publish on dolistore as been developped.

New preferred partner

No new preferred partner requested in July. Remind: Prestalidaire was added in June. Prestalidaire Switzerland has been accepted as a new Partner (2 entities with 2 different memberships done)


Foundation tools

  • Quotation validation to upgrade our Nextcloud and split server that host the forum
  • A new metabase report has been created to better follow Preferred Partner program = > Need to migrate it on a server of the foundation.


Replacement of Stripe with Stancer on Dolistore

Development and test are finished and OK.

Planned for december 2026.


Donation system

Go to test and fix the donation module to accept donation (with vat 0%) and a receipt that must be send automatically by email.

Help to find founding

  • Dolibarr foundation continue to describe all the tasks of Einvoicing module to obtain the fund of the NLNET organization (NLNET - European NGI organization)


Dolibarr forum

Move of forum on another server. Maxime has sent the quote signed to Jean Traullé. Laurent has sent the credential of the new server.

TODO: Jean: Intervention is planned.

Attorney question

  • Question on refunding or not sells for module with a very high amount need a lawyer advice (rules for Dolibarr).
    • Our attorney has returned a quote to analyze solutions according to french law (around 3 000 euros).
    • A meeting was done with the laywer the 7th of september. A document (answer by the lawyer) is expected between end of september and mi october.
    • Waiting report for mid-october.
  • Some repetitive abuse has been detected by seller that does not respect the rules.

DevCamps organization

Winter DevCamp 2026

  • Date is defined: 26-November-2026 14:00 to 29-November-2026 12:00
  • Location: Hôtel Des Congrès, Place du Commandant Rivière, 69100 Villeurbanne
  • Organized by: OpenDSI
  • Quotation under review by Dolibarr board => Budget validated without the line for coffe the sunday (the breakfast is enough).
  • First Deposit was already payed
  • Open subscription to all is launched on Forum and Dolibarr News

Date planned are 17th june to 19th of june 2027.

TODO Maxime must sign the proposal. Due to higher prices of hostel, price could be rised to 220 euro HT per person.

Community modules

The foundation confirm that any modules flagged as "Community module" (so with the guarantee of the foundation on CI rules, management of mainteners, management of common transifex translation account, management of github mainteners), must not be stored any more on external repository.

DoliSecu et Stancer

The 2 new modules DoliSecu and Stancer validated during previous meeting have been included.

E-invoicing

The release 1.2.0 is available.

For the module einvoicing, the minimal version is confirmed to be v18.0

Salon Paris Open Source Experience 2026

  • Location: Paris, Porte de Versailles
  • Date: 9 & 10 December 2026

Laurent has made a request to register the 14th of august. Request was confirmed as received. Waiting answer of the organization.


Salon Solution

  • Location: Paris, Porte de Versailles
  • Date: 14 & 15 Octobre 2026
    • The foundation will participate for 5K€ + 1K€ remain from last year (gold sponsor) - Budget is around 30 000 € (only 6 k€ si provided by the foundation).
    • 10 companies will be present (silver sponsor) + 6 other sponsoring companies


FOSDEM

  • 30 & 31 January 2027 - Brussels, Belgium
  • Open for application.
  • Laurent must apply for the foundation.
