French Certification of Dolibarr system for France by LNE

1st meeting with LNE team for certification will be the 20th of October

The association must send the document for the "Documents recevability" before the 30th octobre.

Brand monitoring

Brand protection is active and board is informed this month there is no new alert.

Action on infringing sites/companies

Current process with websites that use illegally Dolibarr trademark (in domain name or company name) is on process.

A generic email must be send to each contact that does not follow the rules on using the Dolibarr trademark.

Some legal actions are also on the road (Managed directly by the Association Laywer) with other companies (websites or companies in the scope of legal actions are not public)

Preferred Partner

First check seems ok. Will be definitely approved the 1th of January 2026 (1 year membership required).

Communication plan

Feedback on Salons Solutions (The 7-8th of october). Stand was occupied by +10th Perferred Partner.

=> 200 visitors scanned with bizconnect application.

Action TODO after congress: => An emailing will be send to all visitors.: Action Maxime

=> All contacts will also be qualified with a preferred partner contact among partners that have sponsored the stand.

=> A communication plan will be redacted with Maxime and Philippe S of the GIFF communication + a proposal to subcontract the communication to Eoxia (that has made a great job for the congress).

Contract signed the 11th of september. => Payment was recorded the 7th of october.

Winter DevCamp 2025: Angoulême (Progiseize)

Summer DevCamp 2026: Noisy Le Grand (NET Logic) - Gilles Poirier

  • Date: Thursday 11 June 2026 to Sunday 14 June 2026 => The proposal for hostel is accepted if we remove lunch for the sunday (midi) - 100 euros per user / day without the lunch on friday
  • Price for subscription will be increased to: 180 HT per participant


Winter DevCamp 2026

Date: TBD

Location: Lyon - Open-DSI or Madagascar - Infras => Madagascar is discarded by the foundation for the following reason: We think price for majority of participant will be too high => So the remain appiclant, Easy for Lyon is confirmed.

  • Summer DevCamp 2027: Date: TBD
    • Lille - Nord ERP CRM is confirmed too.

Next congress / meeting

Salon Paris Open Source Experience => Application of Dolibarr is still not validated => Waiting answer from organization.

Summary:

  • A virus "coinminer" was introduced in the shared demo.dolibarr;org

=> Removed and code protected.


  • The page for GDPR for dolibarr.org was created and dapted from the one of dolistore.com.

=> We still have the Google Tag analytics on dolibarr.org => Removed, the one for Matomo was already active.

=> The Tag Google analytics has been replaced with Matomo on dolistore.com => Dev was done on module Marketplace to allow Matomo tracking also for file download that does not generate page load.

=> We still have links to external images that should be removed. Alternative for editors are:

- For picto, we can already use font awesome tags, or use utf8 or utf16 graphical characters (for example for country/language flags)

- For screenshots of a module, editor can replace with an internal link

- For links to video, an exceptions is allowed on youtube. We can also accept links to extern peertube instances (on demand, just send your peertube domain name to contact@dolibarr.org).

=> For the moment removal of external images links is not yet activated but may be in a future (Note: This point is for link onto images only, in src= attributes)

  • Fix the DOS/AI attack (> 100 000 different IP of AI agents) in August
  • Move the setup for VAT calculation to use the EEC rule on service for a VAT on the supplier country (option SERVICE_ARE_ECOMMERCE_200238EC tested and debugged in v22). Test was done in august. Setup has been activated in production on dolistore.com the 1st of october

Dolistore

A priority enhancement is suggested to Dolitore: feature to inform when a new module is available with a checkbox "Request to be online" instead to send an email => Development planned in marketplace module


The Dolistore system (the module marketplace) is ready to manage a commission per country to fund some project, with a rate that can depend on the visitor country. Example: "Participation to fund the Loi Finance or Electronic Invoicing project -> +2% for French buyers"

=> Waiting communication to community, => Waiting for final decision of the foundation to do it or not (system is just ready).

The foundation can also reduce the current discount of 20% to lower amount for members.
