Features

• Automatically generates a QR Code linking to the public signature URL of the proposal
• Inserts a dedicated section in the PDF with a title, help text, and the QR image
• Caches QR images on the server side (in Dolibarr's data directory)
• Compatible with Dolibarr’s standard online signature workflow
• Provides the placeholders __PROPAL_SIGNATURE_QRCODE__ and __PROPAL_SIGNATURE_QRCODE_URL__ to embed the QR code and URL in Dolibarr email templates
• V1.1.3:    => Choose the QR code position: X = mm and Y = mm    => Choose a color for the QR code    => Choose to print the QR code on the first page, all pages, or the last page

Installation

1. Copy the propalqr folder to htdocs/custom/.
2. Go to Setup → Modules/Applications and activate Propal QR Signature.

Configuration

• Enable online signature in the proposal settings if needed.
• Generate your proposal PDFs as usual: the QR code will be added automatically.

Usage

• The QR code links to the public signature URL of the proposal.
• A recipient can scan the QR code using a touchscreen device to directly open the signature page.
