Installation and permissions

  2. Enable it from Setup > Modules/Applications.
  3. Grant permissions for repair orders, planning, RAN, equipment, materials and setup.
  4. Open the module setup to configure categories, Terms and Conditions, signature, voice dictation and admin tools.
  5. After an upgrade or data migration, run Repair SERVICEAPRESVENTE database if needed.

Usage workflow

  1. Create a repair order from the SAV menu, a third-party card, a commercial document, a customer equipment card or an accepted quotation. Fill in the third party, technician, status, intake date, planning type, product or equipment data, serial number, accessories, warranty and signer.
  2. Supplier return case : when the repair order is a supplier return, the supplier becomes mandatory and the planning type must match that workflow.
  3. Repair-order tabs : the card follows a clear workflow with Reception, Diagnostic, Repair, Shipping, Mail and Follow-up. Public and private notes are separated for diagnosis, repair and shipping.
  4. Planning : filter by status, planning type and technician, visualize workshop, external and supplier-return events, then open the related repair order directly.
  5. Third-party RAN : the RAN button opens or creates the unique third-party file. It centralizes linked repair orders, quotations, orders, invoices, interventions, status history and follow-up.
  6. Document synchronization : the module can inject product or equipment information from the repair order into quotations, orders, invoices and interventions, keep snapshots and avoid duplicate entry.
  7. Signature and photos : one QR Code opens the public signature page and another can open the public photo page. Signature proof stores IP, device and date. Terms and Conditions can be enforced before signature.
  8. Customer equipment and mass repair orders : the module manages equipment, equipment users, related materials, CSV import and multi-repair creation for one third party.

Administration

  • visible categories in repair orders;
  • technical documents by manufacturer;
  • module dictionaries;
  • menu repair;
  • database repair;
  • duplicate RAN merge;
  • third-party RAN link synchronization;
  • RAN/SAV diagnostics;
  • orphan-link cleanup.
