Forum PHP 2025: => Date unknown ?
FOSDEM (1,2 febuary 2025 at Brussels, Belgium): The Dolibarr foundation will be present => Laurent Destailleur and Emmanuel Oyez was present. In three hours more visitors to Dolibarr booth than in Salon Solutions ERP for 2 days. Visitors are people interested into open source community project. No real commercials leads, most of the times greatfull prescriptors. Metrics : 120 flyers distributed in 3 hours (for comparaison in Salon Solutions ERP: 55 flyers distributed in 2 days). We want to thanks the people that answered the Dolibarr call for help to keep the stands. 4 people answered to help Laurent and Emmanuel. Particular thanks to Vincent Quintin and his assistant for keeping the stand all the Sunday afternoon.

=> New options : Night + Food or just Food (no subscription price change just for organization). To discuss later for next devcamp.
=> Subscription Price : Make different price for sharing room and single room, by night, came only one day ? To discuss later.
=> How to engage subscribers to in case of disengage at last minutes ? We will add new extrafields on the subscription form to ask comitment on each meal and each night. Will make things easier to plan correctly hotel and accomodation. The Dolibarr foundation agree to ask a complementary payment for attendees in devCamp that did not warn they could not be present (a lot of room and lunch remains paid and not consumed).

Trademark was renew for Europe and World by the Dolibarr foundation => In progress for UK FHE (+2) : Take contact with lawyer for larger and internationnal actions related to the protection of the trademark (https://wiki.dolibarr.org/index.php/Rules_to_use_the_brand_name_%22Dolibarr%22).

Legal action underway in Argentina to oppose an attempt to squat the brand. Our lawyer in Argentina is waiting a feedback of the Argentinian administration...
