Tasks that need decision

  • Remind: Module on DoliStore must provide information of all compatible versions (min and max is possible, but min only is not enough)
   => FHE : Extract from prestahop email of module sellers to send mailing from dolibarr fundation to remaind best practice
  • VAT complain on DoliStore
   => Send to paypal document prove that DoliStore can sell product with VAT even if customer have a VAT inter ID
   => Next step prestashop deal with VAT intra : waiting for develop feature coming soon
  • Sell advers banners on dolibarr sites

Advertisement on dolibarr.fr website Tiaris ATOO.NET and ATM are testing and wil give feedback. Ideas shared on Mailing list : - announces must be limited in time and not limited for one only company. - landing page must offer services/products around Dolibarr - Better distinction between commercial offers by partners and Community communication. - must be well organised, with established rules to avoid wasting time and answer questions to users of service. - Announcement will only be displayed if bill is paid

NOTE AFTER MEETING: Cost per thousand in france is around 3 and 45 euros for a targeted web site. Let's imagine a very low price for a very high qualified target that is only 5 euros per thousand. There is around 50 000 print of banner per month so average amount per month should be 5 * 50 000 / 1000 = 150 euros per month.

   => 2060 € already received | Promise : 2530 € (30 companies are financed the project)
   => Goal is to achieve general ledger, financial report and generic accountancy data export
   => AS will keep us up to date when new informations are to be shared
   => One mail per week to the contributor to explain the progress of the project.

  • Draft of Dolibarr integrator label
   => Suggest to renew ou whole partner/labels system (JH)
   => Suggestion need more info. What will be rules to define the label. Who will validate it ?
  • Try to create Dolibarr training program certified by RNCP
   => Base on Aplose (company) demand will ask to other company to start certificate program into French national traning program certificate program. Teclib is ok but not available. ATM ?
  • Why not creating a dolibarr developper training to get better code in core and modules. (JH)
   => Suggestion need more info. Who will train, who will be trained, How, When ?

Running tasks

  • Prestashop
  =>Add version (3.7.x / 3.8.x etc) filter to find compatible module easier. (Alex proposition) => running (by regis)
