- Trimestrial Meeting for developers
- A.Spangaro will send a draft to promote a trimestrial meeting with Dolibarr Preferred Partners to discuss about co-module developpement, integration of external module into Dolibarr Core..... To be planned.
- DolibarrDay
Next will occur the 3rd of march 2022 at Nancy => Some quotations have been received for a DolibarrDay in Nancy for around 40 people. Communication wil be done around 3-4 January Open-Dsi, Tiaris, Inovea and ATM should participates. ATM suggest to make a DolibarrDay every year on October.

Next will occur during in April or May or June 2022 => Final choice of date and location must be defined. Laurent send a message to Eric to ask him to participate to next meeting to decide the location and date.
- Module Banking4Dolibarr from Open-Dsi.
Alexandre will install the module. Alexandre must setup the module and present it to Philippe (to help to conciliate supplier invoices). OK to start to try to include the module into the Dolibarr core...

Campaign is still opened. Some funds are available. Laurent Destailleur est invité à une réunion avec Yogosha et Eoxia => La réunion a eu lieu avec uniquement Laurent Magnin et Yogosha. Question de Yogosha à l'issu de cette réunion: "- Seriez-vous d'accord pour intégrer les plugins partenaires Evarisk dans votre programme Bug Bounty et les faire tester ? Evarisk sera chargé d'alimenter la cagnotte à cet effet ( cad pour fin de tests de ses plugins ) et vous pourrez également leur donner un accès en lecture seule sur le programme." => Qui corrigerait ? Qui suivrait les tickets et échanges avec les chercheurs ? => The foundation does not want to invest time for external module on the topic of quality or security of those external modules done by external partners. We prefer that every company has its own account with Yogosha. May be Yogosha can make a preferred price for such partners.

L. Destailleur will create basic pages for each preferred partners on the website, by copying the wiki pages. Partners will send a specific text if they want. Update will be done manually in the foundation's Dolibarr.

Goodies: Alexandre has collected the address we want to send goodies to thanks the moderator. Philippe must make the order with the shipment address => Philippe has the list. The Dolibarr foundation will order 40 Dolibears => They are stocked at Eldy home.
- Dolistore
=> Nicolas install the feature to filter on tag on the production server (already available on the dev platform). The feature is available on the dev.dolistore.org and files are commited on the github of the foundation => Need to be pushed in production.
- Maxime has the idea to publish testimonial on the web site. We need a webmaster to complete the website. The foundation is the future may hire a community animator.
