Features

UpInvoice lets you capture supplier invoices (PDF or images), extract their data automatically with the UpInvoice AI API, validate the supplier and register the invoice in Dolibarr in a three-step process.

Automatic email intake

The module can collect incoming invoices directly from an email mailbox, through the integration with Dolibarr's EmailCollector module. From the setup page you can create a preconfigured collector with one click and enable automatic AI processing (via cron). Import rules (sender, subject, filename pattern) and a sender blacklist are available, plus a live mailbox tab to import attachments manually.

Installation

  1. Install the module from Dolistore or upload it manually
  2. Go to Setup > Modules and activate the UpInvoice module

Setup

In the module configuration, enter the API URL and your UpInvoice API key (available at upinvoice.eu). A subscription to the service is required; some free invoices are included for testing.
