Calibration & Equipment Pro is a Dolibarr module for managing equipment, calibration schedules, maintenance operations, calibration certificates, QR labels, alerts and PDF records.
The module is designed for laboratories, quality control departments, production environments, workshops and organizations that need structured traceability of equipment calibration and maintenance activities.

Dashboard
The dashboard provides a quick overview of equipment and compliance status.
It displays:
- Total equipment
- Active equipment
- Calibration due soon
- Calibration overdue

Equipment management
Each equipment record can contain:
- Equipment code
- Equipment name
- Manufacturer
- Model
- Serial number
- Location
- Department
- Responsible user
- Status
- Calibration interval
The equipment card provides direct access to calibration history, maintenance history, QR labels and PDF records.
QR code and QR labels
Each equipment record has its own QR code.
The QR code can be scanned with a smartphone or other compatible device to open the equipment card directly in Dolibarr.
Printable QR labels can include equipment identification information such as:
- Equipment code
- Equipment name
- Manufacturer
- Model
- Serial number
- Location
Calibration management
Calibration & Equipment Pro provides structured calibration records including:
- Calibration date
- Calibration provider
- Certificate number
- Calibration result
- Notes
- Next calibration date
- Calibration certificate PDF
The next calibration date is calculated according to the calibration interval configured for the equipment.
Calibration records can be classified automatically as upcoming or overdue.
Calibration certificates
Calibration certificates can be attached to calibration records.
Available actions include:
- Upload certificate
- View PDF
- Download certificate
- Replace certificate
- Remove certificate
This allows the calibration documentation to remain associated with the corresponding equipment and calibration record.
Maintenance management
The module also provides equipment maintenance tracking.
Maintenance records can include:
- Maintenance type
- Maintenance date
- Service provider
- Technician
- Work description
- Cost
- Next maintenance date
- Status
- Notes
Maintenance schedules are monitored separately from calibration schedules.
The module provides dedicated pages for:

PDF records
Calibration & Equipment Pro can generate professional PDF documentation directly from Dolibarr.
Available documents include:
Equipment Record PDF
Contains equipment identification, latest calibration, latest maintenance, QR code and signature areas.
Calibration Record PDF
Contains equipment identification, calibration information, calibration result, QR code and signature areas.
Maintenance Record PDF
Contains equipment identification, maintenance information, cost, work description, QR code and signature areas.
Installation
The module can be installed using the standard Dolibarr external module deployment feature.
Go to:
Home → Setup → Modules/Applications → Deploy/Install external app/module
Upload the module ZIP file and activate Calibration & Equipment Pro.
Configure user permissions if required.
Requirements
- Dolibarr 23.x
- PHP 7.4 or later
- MySQL / MariaDB
- Standard Dolibarr document storage
The module does not require an external web service.
