French Certification of Dolibarr system for France by LNE

- Certification dry run is scheduled : 19-20 February
- Dev remains to do and are planned for v24 to start the "Certification dry run".
- Real final certification : Date should be defined after the dry run. We hope April 2026.
- Date confirmed : from 2 to 5 of june, in PandaERP offices
- Foundation member Laurent Magnin will assist Laurent Destailleur during the certification.
