La versión 3.0 final de Dolibarr ERP / CRM es una evolución mayor. Han sido actualizados todos los módulos funcionales y añadidas otras características. Desde la versión 2.6 la aplicación se ha ido internacionalizando técnicamente, y es a partir de esta versión que también lo hace a nivel funcional.

Se han mejorado funcionalidades para enriquecer la calidad y la eficacia de la plataforma complementaria DoliStore, así mismo la mayoria de los módulos de esta plataforma han sido actualizados en paralelo y están disponibles al mismo tiempo que Dolibarr 3.0

Dolibarr es un software completamente modular (sólo activaremos las funciones que deseemos) de gestión empresarial, autónomos o de asociaciones. En términos más comerciales, es un ERP ó CRM (o los 2, dependiendo de los módulos activados). Se trata de un proyecto OpenSource basado en un servidor WAMP ó lAMp (Apache, MySQL, PHP). Dolibarr está diseñado para proporcionar simplicidad:

  • Simple de instalar (con el instalador DoliWamp para Windows, para los que ignoran como instalar un servidor Apache, Mysql, PHP, un asistente web para los otros, ningún componente exótico, ni Java, ni Python, ni Perl, ni módulo PHP PEARL).
  • Simple de usar (toda funcionalidad es modular, menos el mecanismo de habilitación, para no sobrecargar los menús, interfaces claros).
  • Simple de desarrollar (sin frameworks pesados). De hecho Dolibarr integra su propia arquitectura (patrones de diseño) que permita a cualquier desarrollador empezar a trabajar inmediatamente, sin tener conocimiento de otra cosa que no sea PHP.

Está concebido para las PYMES, profesionales independientes, pequeñas empresas o asociaciones.
