Overview

Automatically e-mails your customers a Google review request a few days after each sale, from invoices or the TakePOS point of sale.

Request scheduled when an invoice is paid (or validated), TakePOS included; generic POS customer never asked
Delay after the sale, sending hours, daily limit
One request per customer over a configurable period, minimum amount, excluded customer tag
Pending request canceled if the invoice is canceled, deleted, set back to draft or corrected by a credit note
Customisable HTML e-mail in the customer's language, preview and test sending
"Ask for a Google review" button on the invoice card

Download the module archive from DoliStore.
Home > Setup > Modules > Deploy/install external app/module, upload the archive.
Enable "Google Review Request" (CRM family).
Paste your Google review link (Google Business Profile > Ask for reviews) in the module setup.
Check that the scheduled job "Send Google review requests" is enabled.
