Empreinte - PDF template workshop

Empreinte turns Dolibarr PDF templates into something you draw instead of something you code. You move blocks on a page, you see the result as it will be printed, you save, and the template appears in the document model list.

Features

• Five document types: quotations, sales orders, invoices, shipments and interventions
• As many templates as you want per type, duplicable
• Movable, resizable blocks: logo, images, title, dates, company details, customer address, line table, totals, payment terms, notes, footer, free fields
• Preview built from a real document of your database, not lorem ipsum
• Per-block typography: size, line height, letter spacing, case, bold, italic, alignment, colour
• Backgrounds, borders, rounded corners, transparency, table rules, cell padding
• Your own TrueType or OpenType fonts, embedded as subsets in the generated PDF
• Six starting layouts

Installation

Deploy the module folder in htdocs/custom/ or directly in htdocs/, then enable it in Setup > Modules. Open the PDF templates menu, draw a template, save it, then pick it as the active model for a document type.

Requirements

Dolibarr 21.0 to 25.0, PHP 7.4 or above, write access to the documents directory. Uploaded images and fonts are stored under the documents folder, never in the program directory.
