The congress must allow to man a stand (goal of this page is to provide a guide line for organization of this).

• Speaking Greek fluently
• Knowing features of Dolibarr ERM & CRM
• Ready to follow all following steps to represent Dolibarr into congress.

0a) Prise de contact des organisateurs du FossComm pour inscrire l'association Dolibarr au FossComm. If a price is required to pay before, you must advance the money. Foundation will reverse money back at last step, except for price to subscribe/register to congress (we can make payment by credit card or make a bank transfer).

1) Validate budget

Once budget is know, the foundation must decide of we pay all or just part of required budget and send answer to Dolibarr representative.

2a) Translate Dolibarr rollup in Greek

You can edit it with inkscape. Please commit your version, with prefix of your language into file name, if you made a translation for your language.

2b) Generate .png images of rollup

3a) Translate flyers in Greek

You can edit them with Inkscape. Please commit your version, with prefix of your language into file name, if you made a translation for your language.

3b) Generate .png images of flyers

4) Send to print and deliver flyers. Command the rollup and greek flyers with a delivery address that is the greek representative(s) address (The foundation will make the order, send the .png images and will provide your address once 2 previous tasks are ok).

5) Get confirmation of subscription to congress

Pay back all charges for representative(s) (train/plane/fuel and hostel after receiving receipts by email).
