Overview
Automatically e-mails your customers when a product they bought reaches the end of its life (consumables, filters, cartridges, yearly servicing...), with an "Order again" button. No e-mail is sent if the customer already bought the product again.

- Life span optionally multiplied by the quantity; reminder sent X days in advance
- Repurchase detection: no e-mail if the product was bought again; a new purchase replaces the previous reminder

Requirements
- Modules Invoices, Products/Services and Scheduled jobs enabled, Dolibarr cron run by the server
- E-mail sending configured (Home > Setup > E-mails)
- Public URL of Dolibarr for the unsubscribe link and click tracking (otherwise "Reply STOP by e-mail" mode)
Installation
- Download the module archive from DoliStore.
- Home > Setup > Modules > Deploy/install external app/module, upload the archive.
- Enable "Reorder Reminder" (CRM family). Two product attributes are created: life span and order link.
- Set the life span of your products in Billing > Reorder reminders > Tracked products.
- Optional: set your global order link (online shop, contact page) in the module setup.
- Check that the scheduled job "Send reorder reminders" is enabled.
