Overview
Automatically e-mails your customers a Google review request a few days after each sale, from invoices or the TakePOS point of sale.
Features
- Request scheduled when an invoice is paid (or validated), TakePOS included; generic POS customer never asked
- Delay after the sale, sending hours, daily limit
- One request per customer over a configurable period, minimum amount, excluded customer tag
- Pending request canceled if the invoice is canceled, deleted, set back to draft or corrected by a credit note
- Customisable HTML e-mail in the customer's language, preview and test sending
- "Ask for a Google review" button on the invoice card
- Unsubscribe link and page, RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe, Dolibarr E-mailing unsubscribe list respected
- Request list with status, click counter and click rate; event in the customer's agenda
- Multi-company aware. No Dolibarr core file is modified.
Requirements
- Modules Invoices and Scheduled jobs enabled, Dolibarr cron run by the server
- E-mail sending configured (Home > Setup > E-mails)
- Public URL of Dolibarr for the unsubscribe link and click tracking (otherwise "Reply STOP by e-mail" mode)
Installation
- Download the module archive from DoliStore.
- Home > Setup > Modules > Deploy/install external app/module, upload the archive.
- Enable "Google Review Request" (CRM family).
- Paste your Google review link (Google Business Profile > Ask for reviews) in the module setup.
- Check that the scheduled job "Send Google review requests" is enabled.
