French Certification of Dolibarr system for France by LNE

Control was done in july.

Around 140 points are ok but there is still 1 non-conformity point reported (only for certification, software is ok for attestation). Waiting feedback of LNE about our answer done in end of june on this 2 points.

Note: Problem will not be solved quickly, so users are invited to obtain a "Conformity statement" that can be provided by their integrator or reseller instead of waiting for the public "Certification".

2 new properties was added in the Partnership form:

  • Loi finance statement is provided yes/no
  • Einvoicing is provided.


New preferred partner

No new preferred partner requested in July. Remind: Prestalidaire was added in June.

Tools

  • Quotation validation to upgrade our Nextcloud and split server that host the forum
  • A new metabase report has been created to better follow Preferred Partner program.

Help to find founding

  • Dolibarr foundation will describe in the task to obtain the found of the NLNET fund (NLNET - European NGI organization)

Upgrade of nextcloud

Dolibarr Germany

Request by Dolibarr Germany to host their email. Answer has been dont to let the german foundatin to rent themself their email system. The dolibarr foundation will keep only the DNS management.

Dolibarr forum

Move of forum on another server.

Attorney question

Question on refunding or not sells for module with a very high amount need a lawyer advice (rules for dolibarr). Our attorney has returned a quote to analyze solutions according to french law.

=> Confirmed.

Production for the foudnation

The Dolibarr association is now linked to the einvoicing system in production. Integrators can send einvoices to the Dolibarr foundation.

Go for release of v1 of einvoicing module ASAP.

Salon Solution

    • Informal group will have a meeting the 13/03/2026 to discuss the budget required from the foundation (estimated target budget 5K€ + 1K€ remain from last year)
