Using a Bitnami packaged VM
The fastest way to have an install running into your Azure cloud is to use a prepared virtual image (Windows Azure VM image files).
Download of such VM image file is available here:

Tutorial to create and launch your instance from a VM image file is available here (just replace virtual image file selected in example with the VM image for dolibarr...) :
