AutoTiers automatically fills in a third party's information (company name, full address, postal code, town, SIREN, NAF/APE code and intra-community VAT number) from a French SIRET number, by querying the official INSEE SIRENE API.
Installation
- Download the module and unzip it into
htdocs/custom/autotiers/ - In Dolibarr: Home -> Setup -> Modules/Applications
- Find AutoTiers and enable it
- Make sure the PHP cURL extension is enabled
Features
- A Search button next to the SIRET field on the third party creation page
- Queries the official, free INSEE SIRENE API
- Automatically fills: company name, full address, postal code, town, SIREN, NAF/APE code
- Intra-community VAT number computed automatically

Configuration
AutoTiers needs a free INSEE API key.
- On portail-api.insee.fr: Se connecter, CONNEXION-POUR-LES-EXTERNES, then Enregistrement (fill the form without accents). Confirm the account from the email you receive.
- Tableau de bord -> Créer ma première application: name, description, "simple" mode, then Créer l'application.
- Catalogue -> API Sirene (version 3.11, not V4) -> Souscrire: "Accès public" plan, then the application you created.
- Copy the key shown; it stays visible in the application, Souscriptions tab.
- In Dolibarr: Home -> Setup -> Modules/Applications, AutoTiers gear icon. Paste the key, Save, then Test API Connection.
Usage
On Third parties -> New third party, enter the SIRET in "Prof Id 2 (SIRET)" and click Search: company name, address, postal code, town, SIREN, NAF/APE code and VAT number are filled from the INSEE Sirene database. Check them, then Create third party.
To try it: 12000101100010, the SIRET of the Secrétariat général du Gouvernement (French government).
