11) Put on top of your "Dolibarr XXX portal", a link with flags to others majors communities (for the moment, link to international web site http://www.dolibarr.org, french portal http://www.dolibarr.fr and spanish portal http://www.dolibarr.es). Links must appears on TOP of Home page and be visible by visitor with no need to move and scrollbar. If main links are at bottom, of you page, just add visible flags at top.
