First version of documents (version 1.1) has been transferred to LNE the 4th of November

DoliCloud consumed workload for development and documentation:

The rule S4 and S5 for module providers have been completed and clarified. This is the clarified version to explain:

*How the Dolibarr foundation manage the duplication (fork) of modules.

*To clarify that Online selling services (alone) or installation or training services (alone) is now clearly forbidden.
