KSIRetail structures a retail network around native Dolibarr objects. Each store is linked to its warehouses, registers and authorised users. Sales remain native invoices, native stock remains the source of truth, and omnichannel orders are imported as draft Dolibarr orders.

==Main features==
*Stores, warehouses, registers and user assignments
*Scan-first TakePOS with EAN, UPC, ISBN, Code 128, QR and additional product codes
*Register sessions, justified cash movements, closing and exportable control archive
*Inventories and scan-based supplier receipts with balances, lots and serial numbers
*Inter-store transfers with a transit warehouse and full step tracking
*Customer returns linked to the original sale, stock and credit note
*Replenishment based on stock, thresholds and requirements
*Loyalty, gift cards and promotions with preserved history
*Controlled CSV import into the native product catalogue
*Versioned omnichannel API, idempotency, synchronisation log and discrepancy quarantine

==Strengths==
*No Dolibarr core modification
*Validated compatibility from Dolibarr 18 to 24
*Cross-navigation between stores, customers, products, invoices, orders, stock and payments
*Protected append-only logs for sensitive movements

==Requirements==
*Dolibarr 18.0 to 24.x
*PHP 7.4 or later
*Products, Services, Stock, Third Parties and Orders modules; TakePOS for point of sale

'''KSIRetail adds a management and control layer around TakePOS and native Dolibarr objects. On its own, the module is not a legally or fiscally certified POS system.'''
