=> Accepted, Transiflex process is started to be documented in to Wiki ([[Translator_documentation]]
However, for the moment, Transifex does not manage conflict with Git changes so we must should use it as readonly for the moment or be sure to push files into git to update/refresh transifex each time you plan to edit from Transifex and then quickly push changes into git again to not loose them.
